Cattell, Edward V. Jr.
A graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy with honors, and the Rutgers School of Law also with honors, Cattell is a partner of Clark, Ladner, Fortenbaugh, and Young in New Jersey. His experience includes representing two major towing companies and the Pilots Association for the Delaware Bay and River Delaware, and general representation of owners and underwriters. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association. Cattell is the coauthor of the Law of Tug, Tow, and Pilotage, Third Edition.
