Dilts, James D.
A railroad and architectural historian, James D. Dilts is a graduate of Northwestern University and a former Baltimore Sun reporter and columnist. He is the author of a book on the history of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad and coeditor of Baltimore’s Cast-Iron Buildings, and A Guide to Baltimore Architecture, Third Edition.
