Covered by US Patent. But, if I place the VB Exe in a folder say 'FolderA' and the managed binaries in a different folder say 'FolderB', it throws an error. The corresponding DLL file was missing from the folder that held the TLB file and this caused the 'automation error' message to appear. BTW I found fulogvw.exe very helpful when tracking down the assembly loading problem.
