Call Of Cthulhu Dark Corners Of The Earth Cannot Save

You, sir, have no idea what we're talking about! Being a horror junky, I've also been in search of a game that was genuinely frightening. Having self-saves and loads would be quicker programming wise. This is a major drawback of checkpoints. http://cmptp.com/call-of/call-of-cthulhu-cannot-save.html

I think not, good sir. There are very few games that can make me feel the kind of desperation and isolation as this game does. That because having a manual save makes it too easy for them, that no one else should be allowed to play that way either. It's much more real than anyone on the internet just "happening" to even be able to do something about this grave problem that encompasses the entire game. Easy and saves you money. What good is that gonna do? When I go to save the game all I get is the "Save Game" screen but that's all it does - I can't choose slots - and doesn't save.

You can still see all customer reviews for the product. I've played a couple of Cthulhu-based table-top RPGs, so I was pleased to discover Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth for the PC. While the self-saves/loads do not directly influence the gameplay, the DO offer a HECK lot of convenience - the keyword here. https://steamcommunity.com/app/22340/discussions/0/523897277925644473/ dullen8707-05-2011, 06:27 PMWelcome to the world of consoles.

Self-loads are only a relatively recent thing. And again. It is about the inability to reload your favourite parts of the game for replayability, about trying out something different or pick up something you might've missed. This is a great introduction.
