Alternatively, if you use a taskdef in your buildfile all you need to do is add the catalina JAR to the Ant runtime classpath.
So you went and Google'd and came across the Tomcat Ant task documentation and yea verily it looked good. In tomcat 7, there 4 jars for this purpose while there was only single jar for this in earlier versions. If you want to use the one in C:\Program Files\apache-ant-1.8.2, select that directory from "Ant home..." button.
